Birdwatching Tour
Salton Sea Birdwatching Tour - Tuesday April 5th 7:30am-10:30am.

Kick off the Salton Sea Summit with a birdwatching event organized by Audubon California. We will visit the north end of the sea to seek out migrating birds during one of the peak weeks of northbound spring migration. As well as hoping to find an array of migrating swallows, waterfowl, shorebirds, songbirds and more, we will also look out for those interesting resident species that call the Salton Sea home.

Join Audubon California’s Salton Sea Waterbird Surveyor, expert birder and professional tour guide Luke Tiller for a morning exploring the weird and wonderful avian world of the Salton Sea. Please RSVP to Luke Tiller at luke.tiller@gmail.com for the meeting location.
Bring: Binoculars, hat, water/bottle, sunglasses, light hikers/sturdy sneakers. We will have a few pairs of binoculars available to borrow.
